Keep Up Solutions was founded by the operator who built the largest privately owned flag football organization in the world — acquiring 126 companies in under a year and fully integrating each one.
That experience revealed a fundamental problem in youth sports: operators are forced to cobble together solutions from vendors who don’t understand their world. Registration from one company. Marketing from another. Accounting from a third. Uniforms from a fourth. None of them talk to each other, and none of them were built for youth sports.
So we built what we couldn’t find. A single platform that gives every youth sports operator — whether you run a 200-kid league or a multi-state tournament company — access to every solution they need. One vendor. One agreement. Every problem solved.

Keep Up Solutions was founded by operators who have spent over a decade shaping the youth sports industry from the inside out — founding companies, executing acquisitions, and solving the operational challenges that hold organizations back.
Our leadership team built the largest privately owned flag football organization in the country through one of the most aggressive acquisition campaigns in youth sports history — acquiring 126 leagues representing 88,000 players in just five months. That process demanded full operational integration across technology, back office systems, vendor relationships, and procurement at scale — and it became the foundation for everything Keep Up Solutions is built on.
The team has also founded and operated a national procurement company serving youth sports organizations across the country, managing the sourcing and supply of operational equipment and gear — giving us firsthand expertise in the cost structures and vendor dynamics that operators deal with daily.
Beyond building our own companies, the Keep Up team has served as a trusted go-to-market partner for businesses entering the youth sports space — including AI technology companies, back office and procurement platforms, sports equipment and apparel brands, and multiple private equity groups pursuing youth sports acquisitions. We bring a rare combination of operator experience and commercial strategy that most advisors simply don’t have.
Our team also created RockSolid — the company that revolutionized offseason football and created an entirely new product category known as the soft-shell protection system. RockSolid gave programs the ability to compete at a high level during the offseason while remaining fully within the rules and regulations of play. The concept was then brought to flag football, where soft-shell protection has since become the standard at every competitive flag football platform in the country — as instinctive to the game today as a helmet is to skiing. RockSolid didn’t follow a trend. It created one.
